Select the monster with the lowest level and fight them. With your Limit Breaker ready, three dice on hand, and two pieces of damaging equipment, move to Floor 2 and press the button. Now, loot the chest of the first floor before heading to the second floor, hopefully getting a piece of equipment that does decent damage. As well, you'll get a second dice upon leveling. After defeating the second monster, you will level up and get your HP back, so don't worry too much about taking those hits. To set up, kill both enemies on the first floor, while making sure to let them hit you enough to activate your Limit Breaker (but make sure not to use it). Given that the Warrior starts off with the Sword, this means we can expect at least twelve damage in one turn, should you roll a six (and you have three opportunities to re-roll thanks to your Special Ability of Combat Roll). We're going to use the Warrior in Round 1 for this, as the Warrior's Limit Breaker allows us to fire off an ability twice, and if the ability fires off high enough damage, we will hopefully kill the enemy in fight round 1. With that, on to the actual achievement hunting! Miscellaneous Achievements Using the Warriorįirst off, we'll start with an an achievement that you may well earn without even thinking about it: killing an enemy in the first round of combat. Remember, you don't have to do the miscellaneous achievements in the order listed below, they're just listed this way for reading convenience. One final note: we will be doing some of the more "complicated" miscellaneous achievements early (in the Warrior and Thief rounds), so if you're a bit overwhelmed to start, try jumping to the Inventor section for some easier achievement unlocks. Given this, you can still jump to the appropriate section of the guide as available, though it will take you much longer to do so. If you choose to not use the round editor, you will have to take a different path to unlock all of the rounds (i.e., to unlock Warrior Round 2, you need to complete Warrior Round 1, Thief Round 1, Robot Round 1, Inventor Round 1 and Witch Round 1). Therein, play a full round with the Warrior before we begin.Īs well, this portion of the Walkthrough will assume you unlocked all 36 rounds using the rounds editor, as miscellaneous achievement hunting will go in character order and skip non-used levels to optimize your achievement unlocking efficiency (e.g., we will never play Round 3 on any character). For miscellaneous achievement hunting, you'll notice we will also be using Warrior Round 1 to start, but for this we don't necessarily want the pre-set dice rolls running. If not, before delving into miscellaneous achievements, I suggest playing Warrior Round 1 now, as the first time you run through Warrior Round 1, the dice will have pre-set outcomes (which helps in learning the game). If you've been following my advice on the previous page, you will have already played Warrior Round 1 and have a good understanding of the mechanics of the game. Should you encounter the Cactus earlier in this walkthrough, refer to Jester Round 6: Bonus Round below for details on getting this achievement done early. Fortunately, you can do this achievement as any character, though the walkthrough below will attempt to find a Cactus as part of Jester Round 6: Bonus Round. To do this, you need to face a monster called the Cactus. The final miscellaneous achievement is for using your Limit Breaker twice in one combat round.
